Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the kjbd platform at kjbd.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and kjbd. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

kjbd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use a kjbd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active. kjbd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close accounts where eligibility conditions are not met.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kjbd strictly prohibits access to persons under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended kjbd account. Only one account per person is permitted at all times.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information including your real name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person associated with kjbd or its technology partners.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of kjbd services you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number and a password of your choosing. You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. kjbd may require additional verification at any time, including during a withdrawal request, as part of our commitment to platform security and fraud prevention.

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify kjbd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• kjbd may suspend or close an account at its discretion if it identifies suspicious activity, evidence of fraud, or a breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
• Account balances associated with accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited in their entirety at kjbd's discretion.
• Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kjbd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kjbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods used must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal limits may be adjusted as part of individual promotional offer terms.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes, contact support at [email protected].
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to major Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others are processed within one business day.
• kjbd reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. Verification requests will be communicated via the registered phone number or support email.

Bonuses and Promotions

kjbd offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of each offer. By opting into a bonus, you agree to the individual bonus terms including the applicable wagering requirement. kjbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player who has previously held a kjbd account — even if that account was closed — is not eligible for a new player welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms.
• kjbd reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion may be subject to maximum win caps and minimum odds requirements as specified in the individual offer terms at the time of award.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kjbd platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. kjbd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or where it is determined that the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.

• Bets are confirmed and binding at the moment they are accepted by the kjbd system. You may not cancel or amend a bet once it has been confirmed, except where a cash-out option is offered and explicitly accepted by you.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on kjbd.org at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum win limits apply to sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are specified per market or game and are displayed prior to bet placement or game launch.
• kjbd uses independently certified RNG systems for all casino games. The RTP for each game is set by the game provider and is verifiable. kjbd does not alter the published RTP for any game.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kjbd platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate account, in order to gain additional bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents game mechanics.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to launder money. kjbd cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators investigating suspicious transactions.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about hole cards, game state, or live dealer outcomes during the course of play.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform to generate winnings in excess of what would be earned under normal gameplay conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kjbd platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of kjbd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the kjbd platform without prior written consent from kjbd, except as permitted by these Terms for your own personal, non-commercial use. kjbd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kjbd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kjbd platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if kjbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

kjbd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kjbd will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur at any time.

Responsible Gaming Commitment
